Short Information
- The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MP ESB), formerly known as Vyapam, is going to conduct the Group-5 Staff Nurse, Lab Technician, Pharmacist & Other Paramedical Posts Examination 2026.
- Candidates who have applied for these posts can download their Test Admit Card (TAC) from the official website.
- The Admit Card consists of two parts. The first part contains applicant details and exam center info, while the second part is for pasting a self-attested photograph and capturing the thumb impression during the exam.
- Biometric verification is mandatory at the exam center. Ensure your Aadhar card is unlocked and updated.

How to Download MP Group 5 Admit Card 2026
- Visit the official website of MP ESB at esb.mp.gov.in.
- Select your preferred language (English/Hindi).
- Click on the link "Test Admit Card - Group-5 (Paramedical & Nursing Group) Combined Recruitment Test - 2026" flashing on the dashboard.
- Enter your 13-digit Application Number.
- Enter your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
- Solve the simple math captcha and click on the 'Search' button.
- Download your Admit Card and take a clear printout (preferably in color) on A4 size paper.

Essential Checklist for Exam Day
- Printed copy of the Final MP ESB Group 5 Admit Card.
- Original Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, E-Aadhar, Voter ID, PAN, or Passport). Note: E-Aadhar will be valid only if verified by UIDAI.
- One recent passport-size photograph to be pasted on the second part of the Admit Card.
- Transparent Ball Point Pen.
