UPSC Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2026 Admit Card

Short Information

• Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducting the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination 2026 for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA).
• The selection process consists of a Written Examination followed by an Intelligence and Personality Test by the Service Selection Board (SSB).
• Candidates can download the e-Admit Card from the official UPSC website. UPSC does not send admit cards by post.
• Ensure all details on the admit card (Name, Photo, Exam Center) are correct. In case of any discrepancy, contact UPSC immediately.

Important Dates

How to Download UPSC CDS Admit Card 2026

• Visit the official UPSC website: upsc.gov.in.
• Go to the "Examination" tab and click on "Active Examinations".
• Select "Combined Defence Services Examination 2026".
• Click on the "e-Admit Card" link.
• Read the "Important Instructions" carefully and click on 'Yes'.
• You can login using either your Registration ID or Roll Number.
• Enter your Date of Birth and the Captcha code.
• Click on 'Submit'. Your CDS Admit Card will be displayed. Download and print it on A4 paper.

CDS Selection & Exam Pattern

• Negative Marking: 1/3 (0.33) marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
• SSB Interview: Candidates who clear the written exam will be called for the SSB Interview (Intelligence & Personality Test).

Essential Documents for Exam Hall

• Printed copy of UPSC CDS Admit Card 2026.
• Original Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or DL) as mentioned in the application.
• Black Ballpoint Pen (for marking the OMR sheet).
• Two identical passport-size photographs (in case the photo on the admit card is blurred).
